If you’re working with Coach Gaby, your app will house your nutrition plan, check-ins, habit tracking, and progress updates to ensure accountability and consistency.
If you’re working with Coach Chad, your app will deliver your structured training program, exercise demos, performance tracking, and progression metrics.
Clients enrolled in both nutrition and training will use both platforms so each area of your program remains optimized and organized.
Your personalized nutrition and or training plan will be delivered directly through your app. You’ll follow structured programming, track progress, and implement your plan with clear guidance designed to keep you consistent and progressing efficiently.
